TEAM Coalition and Major League Soccer™ joined together in support of designated driver
programs at all MLS stadiums during the 2010 season with a special
incentive called the Responsibility Has Its Rewards sweepstakes.
Thousands of MLS fans registered to be a designated driver, pledged to not drink alcohol,
drove their friends and family home safely, and ensured that everyone
always buckled up.
At the end of the season, one designated driver from each club was
selected. Click here for the Designated Drivers
for the Season from each MLS club. The selected
designated drivers from the teams that competed in MLS Cup 2010™ on
November 21, 2010 each received
two (2) tickets to the championship game played at BMO Field in Toronto, ON.
A trip to the 2011 MLS All-Star Game™ has been awarded to the Designated Driver for the Season from the New England Revolution - Teresa Wojnowski.
The All-Star Game® trip includes two (2) tickets to
the game, roundtrip airfare, and hotel accommodations (if necessary).
