The National Collegiate Athletic Association and Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management Coalition (TEAM) collaborated for the first year on the Responsibility Has Its Rewards (RHIR) national campaign at the 2009 NCAA Men's College DIVISION I Football Championship in Chattanooga, TN. Fans from all over the country poured into Chattanooga and Finley Stadium for the Pre-Game activities. TEAM spread its message of responsible fan behavior to the local fans who attend the game and also to the thousands of fans who came from out of town to support the Villanova Wildcats and Montana Grizzlies.
