For the sixth consecutive season, TEAM Coalition and the NFL joined together in support of designated driver
programs at all NFL stadiums during the 2008 season with a special
incentive. Fans who registered to be a designated driver pledged to not drink alcohol,
drove their friends and family home safely, and ensured that everyone
always buckled up. This year 140,000 NFL fans registered for the Responsibility Has Its
Rewards sweepstakes in NFL stadiums, on the TEAM Coalition website and through mailed-in entries.

One designated driver from each stadium was selected to represent the home team for that stadium. The selected
designated drivers from the teams that competed in Super Bowl XLIII on
February 1, 2009 in Tampa, FL at Raymond James Stadium, each received
two (2) tickets to the game, roundtrip airfare, and hotel accommodations.

A Pro Bowl trip was also awarded to the designated driver
selected for the season from an NFL team that did not compete in Super Bowl XLIII.
The prizes were awarded after both the AFC and NFC Championship
games were played. The Pro Bowl trip included two (2) tickets to
the game, roundtrip airfare, and hotel accommodations. Click here for sweepstakes rules.
To promote this incentive, TEAM produced TV and radio PSAs that aired on local
broadcast stations in NFL markets, the NFL network, and they were
also played on the video boards in NFL stadiums. Click here for the PSAs.
